During my stay, I encountered some truly exceptional staff who really made me feel welcomed and valued, particularly Mr. Shawn at the front desk. The rooms were spacious and had beautiful designs, although I noticed some wear and tear. The pool area felt a bit cramped at times, especially with families around, but the rooftop bar Sugar was a standout with its great ambiance and views. While the hotel is centrally located and boasts great amenities, there were noticeable lapses in service that marred the experience somewhat.
